A simple method to size your wrist is to, take a measuring tape, wrap it around your wrist and make a note of the number at which the tape meets zero. If a tailors measure is not available you can simply use a strip of paper or length of string and mimmic the same process. Once the length is marked proceed to measure with a straight rule. 

To ensure a comfortable fit add 1.00cm to the length measured.
